the exchange server is hosted. not on my own domain.
the client is (should be) in my domain. while the exchange 2010 server is at a provider.
the exchange part is working fine from the local account/not joined machine
the exchange setup does not work as soon as the machine is in my domain. no way to enable communication to the hosted exchange server (only webmail to survive)

There was no issue with LAN servers shares.
I just removed the PC from the domain. And no problem at all.
I would like to find some permission issue/setting. Something that is now locked down by the domain and had no impact before win10. Not allowing a domain user to setup an exchange account.

I’m new to windows10 in a domain.
I’m managing windows7 workstations with a domain controler (debian/samba4).
It works well for windows7 and even vista PCs.
I now have a single new laptop (surfacebook) which comes with windows10.
When the workstation is joined to the domain, It looks good, but a domain admin has strange limitations and a normal user cannot setup a mail account, nor look at registered credentials (for example, I probably have not seen yet many of what is not feasible).
The most annoying one at the moment, is that it is not possible to setup an exchange mail account (office or windows mail app).
There is no pop-up or clear message, just impossible to register a new mail account, can’t connect to server.
Everything is OK when PC is not joined, or when logged in as admin.
Where to start ? Any new registry or GPO or ?
Help needed.
