No you cannot set the same password, you can use a script and/or Group Policy to do it though.

You are correct, you need to clear the ms-MCS-AdmPwdExpirationTime value for the client during reinstall. Here is post that explains it and a script that you can run during OSD.

That will work to, I wanted it in my “Workstaton Baseline” together with all the other checks I do like, Applocker configured and running, Credential Guard running, Bitlocker running. Then I can get alerts on any machine slipping from the security baseline settings…

Only One GPO will be applied to the machine as it is the same value you are specifiing so only the file that is the GPO that wins will be applied.
