Remote help for Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
The administrative templates for Windows 11 are not backward compatible; hence, Windows 10 cannot be fully managed with them. This situation is unlikely to change. In mixed environments, the question arises for admins as to which ADMX they should keep in the central store.

Upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 with Setupconfig.ini and Intune
Microsoft Intune is a cloud-driven service that allows businesses to onboard, provision, and manage devices, no matter where they are located on the Internet. It covers most tasks that admins have to deal with during a PC’s lifecycle management. Patch management is one of these tasks; Microsoft Intune is capable of managing updates.

Update Windows 10 multi-app kiosk using Run Script in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MEMCM)
End users can mostly manage Microsoft Teams themselves, but the IT department still has some administrative and supporting tasks to cope with. As with all other Microsoft 365 services, there is a dedicated PowerShell module that allows administrators to automate many tasks.

Hi,
It have to be run in System context, that is the only way to use the WMI MDM Bridge in Powershell. When I wrote it and tested it out I used PSexec.exe to run it in System context which works just great.

Hi,
Are you executing the script in System Context? I will doublecheck if there are any copy/paste errors as well.

Hi,
Last time i checked there is no easy way of reverting from a MulitApp Kiosk.. If you use Assigned access and single app then it is possible using PowerShell

This post will cover how to create a maintainable Windows 10 multi-app kiosk with PowerShell and Configuration Manager and a PowerShell script that I wrote. I wrote a blog post here a couple of years ago about deploying Windows 10 1809 in kiosk mode with an AD domain account. Much has happened since then.

New in Application requests in SCCM 1906
If you install Windows Admin Center (WAC) in gateway mode, the browser should communicate with the server via a secure connection. Despite WAC installing a certificate, it still raises a security warning in the browser. Therefore, you should replace it with your own certificate.

Application approval in SCCM 1810 and beyond is a game changer
Windows Admin Center (WAC) makes it possible to manage virtual machines (VMs) under Hyper-V and Azure almost completely from a web browser. Though using the web GUI is more cumbersome than native Microsoft Management Console (MMC) tools, new possibilities for administration arise thanks to cloud integration.

Hi,
The command requires that you point to an installation of the running Windows 10 os and C: is the root path, so it will place it in the correct location based on that and work on the PC you run it on.

Hi,
Yes, it is a bit of a hack but as there is no other way to configure it to use Assigned Access/Kiosk using a domain account except for MDM not many options. As I wrote I recommend that you test it through Intune but evenryone cannot use Intune yet for different reasons.
