I’m a new employee of a computer repair shop, just getting into repairs and cybersecurity. Wondering if there is a link to download this in a spreadsheet format? Would be very helpful to always have on hand. Cheers.

The best way I know how to do that is through the Windows store there is a program called EarTrumpet. It takes the place of the volume icon in the system tray and you can right click it for easy access to switching audio devices

This tool allows you to configure rules but only on volume for all devices or specific applications. I don’t see other functions like you need.

I now use 3RVX, an excellent way to bind hotkeys to volume control. For example I use win+pgup and win+pgdown (to pair with f.lux brightness control alt+pgup and alt+pgdown)

Volumouse is a free tool by NirSoft, here the description:
Volumouse provides you a quick and easy way to control the sound volume on your system – simply by rolling the wheel of your wheel mouse.
It allows you to define a set of rules for determining when the wheel will be used for changing the sound volume. For example: You can configure Volumouse to use your mouse wheel for volume control when the Alt key is hold down, when the left mouse button is down, when the mouse cursor is over the taskbar, and so on…Link : Volumouse v2.10 – Control the sound volume with a wheel mouse
