      Hi Sam,

      I recently use IT Asset Tool, for small businesses it’s completely free. It’s easy to deploy and manage.

      I think that you need a SIEM to resolve your problem…

      You need to block the IP before it can lockouts the user, perhaps by inserting a firewalling rule.

      Hi All,

      Another thing you might want to know is who has managed the network up to that point and how privacy is managed
      (E.g. GDPR or similar).

      Also understanding if there is a network management system would be useful … (es: Total Network Inventory o IT Asset Tool or Observium)
