How to automate the below tasks using bash or PowerShell scripting.

      1. Deploying Windows Server 2012,2016 or 2019 from a file server/repo server.
      2. Windows Cluster configuration deployment post operating system installation for Windows Server 2012, 2016 & 2019.
      3. Migrate from Windows Server 2012 to 2016 or 2019 with user settings and data.

There is no clear answer for you request.

      1. I dont think you can do anything like that. You need Windows Deployment Services and do it via PXE boot or have a template for virtual machine and deploy that. That can be acomplished via Powershel..
      2. That depends by your cluster use case.
      3. If you dont perform in-place upgrade, there is no easy way to do it with powershell. You need a migration tool or roaming profiles. Also, not all settings can be transferred.

I’m going to just stick with the 3rd question. Why not skip PowerShell for  this and just use the Storage Migration feature in Windows Admin Center. Skip a 2012 to 2016 Server and go straight to 2019 Server since 2019 has been out long enough to be a trusted server version.
