  I am migrating MS Teams from one Microsoft 365 tenant to another. The plan is to use BitTitan to do this. Has anyone used any other tools and are those tools better than BitTitan?

  This seems to be complicated process. In what way does BitTitan help here?

  Hi,
  Bitittan does a decent job with Teams migrations like moving chats, planner; however, it does have limitations like not being able to migrate users with MFA, and also private 1 to 1 chats not being visible in destination teams..

    Did you ask Microsoft support? This sounds like a standard procedure.

  I have been doing that. Seems like it is a limitation with BitTitan. I will be exploring some other migration tools like Binary Tree or Code2 to see if those are better than BitTitan feature wise and financially viable.
