    Hi all,

Can I change the user mail box’s password from EAC? I don’t see any option. I know we can change it from PowerShell.

Also what is the best practice, i mean should we change from Exchange or from AD?

    Thank you,

Easiest way is to use ADUC. You can also reset the password in the Admin Center. However, this option is disabled by default. This post describes how to enable the password reset option in Exchange 2016.
