I am in a hybrid environment with onprem AD and using the AAD sync tool. I am trying to add a single custom field that says Strengths and add that to the address book on Microsoft 365 so it appears in everyone’s GAL. I have read a bit on it but not really getting too far. Does anyone have any suggestions?
