The free Get Local Admins GUI tool allows you to find local users who have administrators rights.

Submitted by Chris Wright - Cjwdev

If you’ve ever needed to audit who is a member of the local Administrators group on your workstations and/or servers then this tool could save you a lot of time. I originally made it just as a quick favor for someone that wanted a simple graphical tool to query all of their servers and see who had admin permissions on them, but it has since been updated and improved to add extra options.

You can now export the results to CSV and HTML file, import computers from Active Directory or text file, get members of nested groups within the local Administrators group on each computer, and more.

There are already plenty of command line solutions or scripts out there that will do this, but sometimes it is nice to be able to just click a button and use an intuitive GUI program rather than learning how to use a new script or command. So this tool is available for free on my website in the hope that it is useful to those people that prefer to use a GUI for these kind of things.
