Paragon Backup and Recovery 2011 (Advanced) Free which has a unique (for a free app) feature of restoring backup images to smaller disk sizes (called geometry restore).
Also the good old SyncToy which I use for synchronization of backup folders.Latest version works fine with 2008R2 and can be set to run as a scheduled task without the user being logged on.
