		<description>Windows PE 1.0 is only available for customers with Software Assurance. I’d say if you have a copy of Windows Vista you already have your hands on Windows PE since Vista can’t be installed without it. If you want to play with it, I recommend downloading BDD 2007 at Microsoft Connect.</description>
