I have Vista Business edition, but I doubt that this makes any difference at all. It is possible that I just have to change a Vista configuration; however, I didn’t have this problem with VMware Workstation 5.5. So, I still believe that 6.0 RC is a bit buggy. If my Vista settings are incorrect, then VMware Workstation should at least inform me about it. It is interesting that you got this working. Maybe it has to do with the folder security setting you configure in your vista host.
