		<description>Great write up.  I have found exactly the same issues with latency and sluggishness in the server consoles in VMWare.  I&#039;ve grown used to it though, and really only use it when I need true console access for some reason (unresponsive via RDP).  But 99% of the time, I am either using SSH or RDP to the guest OS.
