		<description>While I didn&#039;t see that the management of VM&#039;s really brought anything extraordinary to the table, I really liked the P2V wizard in SCVMM.  I have been playing around with several ways to virtualize my servers over about a week, and this little wizard whipped them right over in no time.  All I had to do after the wizard was install the VM Additions, and I was up and running again.</description>
