If I remember it right, then the next version of Outlook will come with an integrated RSS reader. Perhaps there are users in your company who need a feed reader already now. If you use Outlook as a mail client, then Inclue, a free feed reader supporting RSS, ATOM and OPML, is an interesting option.
It makes sense to use just one tool to get messages by mail and RSS. Inclue creates a folder in Outlook, where you can add feeds from its context folder.
On the right side of Outlook, it adds another column which contains the headings of all feeds. I didn’t find out how to remove this column. There is a sponsored link at the end of the feeds. Perhaps, this is the reason why one can’t disable this feature.
Inclue comes with a plug-in for Internet Explorer and Firefox which easily allows adding feeds in Outlook from the web browser.
