		<description>There is a tool on MSDN for quickly creating VHDs. It does not zero out the contents of the VHD, so do not use if others will have access to the VHD, but for testing, it is a huge time saver:

VHD is a good flexible format that can be easily converted to VMDK and XVA.</description>
